The POWER of Affirmations for surro's and IP's

I STRONGLY believe in the power of affirmations.

Its something that I have KNOWN is effective in our lives and is a POWERFUL source of energy that we can harness and help our lives. Including our Surrogacy journey's!

I came to the power of affirmations with the labor of my baby DD. I used Hypnobirthing in my labor and came to the strong belief of affirmations. I listened to my Hypno Birth affirmations every night for 2 trimesters!
In Graduate school I learned how affirmations help therapy clients change their perspective of life. If we declare positivity and think positively every 5 positive thoughts negate 1 negative thought. So there fore the more positive affirmations that are put out we will naturally have less negative thoughts.
In my upline's organization in Herbalife we are taught similarly. The more positive you put into the universe the less and less negativity you have. Even moreso the universe Aligns to the intentions of those affirmations.
In my own herbalife business I have seen this happen, both to me and clients!

In the surrogacy I know that the power of Intention and affirmation is a STRONG powerful force that can be used for the greater good!

 I pulled out the old Hypnobirthing affirmations for another surro friend and as I was listening to them I realized those affirmations don't really fit surrogacy. There is a lot of  "my baby" in them and we need to have a "surro friendly" set of affirmations to listen to to allow the suros to still have the comfort of Affirmations through out the process!

SO Mary's little brain started churning :) I created a nice list of affirmations that will help with the medication IVF and 2WW time period for surro's to listen to.  I plan to create Pregnancy and Labor affirmations for Surro's and IP's.

Implantation affirmations: I am Mary Ellen and these are my Affirmations for a healthy Embryo transfer for surrogates

All stimulation medication is working well in my body and supporting the desired outcome

I have the perfect uterus for these embryos today.

Endless good now comes to me in endless ways. 

The universe is doing what’s best for these embryos

 I am cared for and protected by the biggest force in the world

The universe keeps me in the best shape for the embryos to implant

The parents are already the perfect loving parents for these embryos

These embryos have found a thick place in my uterine lining and have successfully implanted

I trust my body.

New balance is coming to my body now.

I feel the love of these babies parents.

My reproductive organs work in perfect harmony with my body to allow an easy implantation of the embryos.

The parents and I trust my body to be perfect for their baby

The lining of my uterus is perfect now

My body knows how to conceive a healthy baby.
I allow new beginnings in my life.

I allow the love to these baby’s to help the embryos implant and grow to healthy babies
I trust and I love myself.

I accept the gift of life within myself.
I willingly release thinking of fear and doubt.

The medications that help my body with the pregnancy work perfectly

The embryos implant perfectly in my lining.

I allow thinking based on love and self-confidence.

I now choose positive thoughts that nurture and support my life and the life of the new babys

I accept the responsibilities of caring for these babies  that implant with this transfer

I have full trust in my intended parents

Healthy babies implant this transfer.

I focus on the power of now.

I set my worries aside and I allow my body to do its job.

I am pregnant in this cycle and transfer

I surrender to the power of nature as I celebrate a new cycle of birth within myself.

I now release all emotional blocks that prevent me from conceiving a baby.

I am now becoming more and more confident about my ability to become a surrogate.

I declare myself pregnant with this transfer.

The embryos will implant perfectly

A renewed sense of hope settles in my heart.
